Refund Policy

The First Playbook is genuinely free. No payment details are required, and there’s no obligation to continue.

If you decide not to continue, nothing is ever payable. If you do continue, the value of your free playbook is automatically credited towards your next Immersion Collection purchase.

Playbooks and other digital content unlock immediately after payment. Because access is instant, refunds on digital products are considered case by case, contact us and we’ll look at it honestly. Any digital product explicitly marked with a satisfaction guarantee follows the terms stated alongside it.

You can cancel a membership at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn’t refund time already paid for, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice, contact us as soon as you know you need to move something, and we’ll find a new time. Missed sessions without notice aren’t automatically rescheduled.

Retreat bookings involve real costs committed on your behalf (accommodation, logistics, catering) well ahead of the dates. Cancellations made with plenty of notice are treated generously; cancellations close to the retreat date may not be refundable. If you need to cancel, contact us as early as possible, the earlier you tell us, the more we can do.

Flights aren’t included, you’ll need to arrange your own travel to and from the destination. Airport transfers are provided once you land.

Your retreat price covers food, accommodation, personal coaching, yoga, meditation, workshops, co-working and creative flow space, and Elite Business Support and Development. Day trips are available locally at an additional cost.
