Self-worth contingent on external approval, with the true self hidden beneath an acceptable persona. Eases as honest self-expression and living as your real name/self increase.
Immersion 4 — Autosuggestion
Heart Chakra“How do I speak to myself?”
- Internal dialogue and repeated beliefs.
- Self-love, forgiveness and gratitude.
- Relationships, giving, receiving and service.
- Inherited language and money language.
Health Flow: Release
This week’s action: Rewrite five recurring limiting phrases as credible, constructive statements linked to action.

- Autosuggestion is the bridge between what you consciously decide and what your subconscious actually acts on.
- A thought repeated with real emotion behind it lands with your subconscious far more than the same words said flatly.
- What you can conceive and genuinely believe, repetition can turn into something you act on.

Throat Chakra“What do I know and how do I express it?”
- Knowledge, experience and expertise.
- Communication, teaching and authentic expression.
- Influence, leadership and ethical sales.

This week’s action: Create a concise statement of what you know, who it can help and why it matters.

- General knowledge alone doesn't pay, specialized knowledge, organized and pointed at a definite goal, does.
- You don't have to personally hold all the expertise, you can organize it through the right people around you.
- Knowledge only becomes power once it's directed toward a specific, practical end.
Immersion 6 — Imagination
Third Eye Chakra“Can I see it?”
- Vision, possibility and imagination.
- Intuition, perspective and creative thinking.
- Future visualisation followed by concrete choices.
This week’s action: Create the Future Ripple Vision and identify three observable next steps.

- Every plan starts in the imagination before it exists anywhere else, this is where ideas actually get built.
- Hill names two kinds: synthetic imagination (rearranging what already exists) and creative imagination (genuinely new ideas, often felt as a hunch).
- Imagination weakens from disuse, it has to be deliberately exercised, not left dormant.
Inner Mastery & Leadership
The Four Levels of Learning
1. Unconsciously Incompetent — You don't yet know what you don't know.
2. Consciously Incompetent — You become aware of the gap — and that awareness is what creates the desire to change.
3. Consciously Competent — You can do the new behaviour, but it takes real effort and focus. This is where coaching matters most.
4. Unconsciously Competent — The behaviour becomes automatic. This is identity change, not just a new skill.
Identity Transformation
Lasting transformation happens when a new behaviour stops being something you have to do and becomes part of who you are.
Habits → Identity → Results
Habits create identity. Identity creates results. Repetition, emotional engagement, and consistent practice are what move a behaviour from effortful toward automatic — though exactly how long that takes is different for every person and every habit; there's no fixed universal number that works for everyone.
You can't build a life you're proud of on top of a self you're still hiding. Stay with it.
